Our approach in the iOS app
Doremeets uses no ads, tracking, accounts or third-party analytics SDKs. Practice does not collect children’s names, birth dates, location or microphone recordings. Sounds come from recorded grand-piano samples.
Records stored on your device
Added chords, learning stages, answers, practice dates, counts, duration and language settings stay on the device. There is no feature that sends these practice records to the operator’s servers or syncs them between devices. They may be included in standard device backups.
Purchases through Apple
Purchase and restore use Apple StoreKit. The app checks whether an entitlement is verified. The operator does not ask for or store card numbers on this website. Apple’s policies apply to its transactions and TestFlight diagnostic information.
Website connections
Cloudflare serves this website and may process connection information such as IP addresses, request times, browser details and requested paths to deliver pages and protect against abuse. We have not installed advertising or third-party behavioural tracking tags. The website has no facility for entering or uploading children’s practice records.
Support enquiries
If you email support, your address, message and attachments are used to respond and investigate the issue. Please avoid sending children’s names, face photos or other personal information not needed for support. We review the need to retain resolved enquiries except where continued support requires them.
Deletion and external links
Delete iOS records through Delete all practice records in the parent area. OS backups are managed separately. External pages opened from the parent area follow their providers’ policies. Contact the address below about support information.
Changes
We update this page and its revision date when features or information handling change.
