Check the device volume and audio output, including Bluetooth. The web demo needs a connection to load the recordings. Check your connection and choose Listen again. On iOS, try closing and reopening the app. Failed playback never silently switches to synthesized sound.

Free practice covers the first three chords. Further chords and single-note practice require the full version. White-key note checks remain free. Purchasing is unavailable in this web demo. Check the coverage page first.

Hold Parents & settings at the top right for three seconds. On iOS, answer the arithmetic question that follows. If you let go early, start the hold again.

In full-version guided practice, a parent adds chords one at a time and changes stages. Meeting time or accuracy guidelines never advances the learner automatically. Stages that collect chords require the relevant chord set before advancing.

Only practice sessions completed through all ten questions add a completion. Interrupted sessions and pitch checks do not count. Checks have their own history.

Web records are stored in the browser and do not sync across devices, browsers or domains. Clearing browser data or ending private browsing can remove them. A warning appears when saving fails. iOS records also stay on the device. Check that you do not need your records before deleting data.

On iOS, use Delete all practice records in the parent area. On the web, clear this site’s stored data in your browser settings. This also removes language and practice settings, so do not proceed if you need to keep them. The app cannot restore deleted records.
