Aim for short, spaced sessions
Morning
Afternoon
EveningEach session has ten questions. The suggested routine is three sessions of about 1–3 minutes, spaced through the day. Choose familiar moments that work for your family.
After getting ready, after settling in at home, or after dinner are examples. Stop when your child is tired or unwilling; there is no need to make up missed sessions.
A parent’s role
Listen
Choose
ReviewListen alongside your child and help with the controls. Repeatedly pointing to the correct button before an answer can turn the task into following your finger. As your child gets used to it, leave time to listen and choose.
Keep responses brief: “You did it” or “This one is Apple.” Focus on how your child is doing today rather than speed or comparisons with other children.
Finish at a natural stopping point
Morning
Afternoon
EveningFinish after ten questions, or use the stop control earlier if needed. The calendar counts only completed ten-question practice sessions, so an interrupted session does not count as a completion.
Each chord plays for about two seconds. Replays and time spent choosing affect the total. The suggested 1–3 minutes is not a time limit.
Long-term guidance and its limits
The app gives a long-term guideline of daily practice for 2–4 years. Completing that period does not promise a particular ability. Days, sessions and accuracy are references for parents.
Interest and tolerance vary. Avoid increasing practice just to rush a result, and keep room for enjoying music in everyday life.
